I earned the opportunity to paint this Box Art in Fremont, CA. When creating the design for this box I really wanted it to be happy and uplifting so I wrote hello in several languages as Fremont is an extremely diverse area. My original Design had a black background but needed to be changed as black absorbs heat. I think changing it to this turquoise blue made it even more exciting. Another thing I had to account for is the suns rays so I needed to make sure to use lightfast protected paint. I used Liquitex Basics with the little sun so there is no fade years later. Overall this was a very pleasant project to work on.
